Designing stores within the Rituals brand guidelines and concept!
In this role, you are responsible for designing the beautiful Rituals stores that are built all over the world. You are involved from the early stage when it is considered to rent a location until the moment a store is delivered and handed over to the Retail sales team. You create store floor plans, façade designs and elevations. You independently prepare different design options, seeking input, managing feedback and receiving approval from stakeholders at the appropriate stages of the design process.
You proactively contact internal and external parties to create the best suitable design for each project ensuring that it is executed to the highest standards within our Rituals store format. You set and achieve day-to-day objectives per design, check the light plans, filter feedback and when necessary, make 3D proposals or photoshop impressions.
For 40 hours per week, you:
During the construction process, you will liaise with the internal store operations team and International Construction Managers and answer technical questions, you are able to seek creative solutions for building challenges that arise.
You will be a team member of the Retail Design team, within the Rituals Format & Design department, based in the Amsterdam HQ. You will report to a Team Lead Retail Design.
