You will join the recently created TRACTEBEL entity in the UK, with very ambitious goals and exceptional projects. The entity’s mission is to promote TRACTEBEL as a key player in the UK nuclear industry, alongside supporting and working in collaboration with our colleagues across the world.
As well as a number of prestigious and innovative nuclear research, operation, and decommissioning projects throughout Europe, TRACTEBEL is also contributing to the detailed design of structures on the Nuclear Island at Hinkley Point C (HPC) and Sizewell C (SZC). As well as our flagship projects, TRACTEBEL also has a pipeline of other opportunities in the nuclear industry to feed our expansion in 2024 and 2025.
You will be part of a dynamic, highly motivated and multicultural team. This position is a great opportunity for you to develop your professional and personal skills and contribute to tender and sales management for globally recognised projects.
As a Tender / Sales Manager, you would lead the internal bid process, including defining specific tender strategies, building the story, and coordinating internal stakeholders to find the solutions and resources to submit a compliant tender.
This will require a combination of best practice bidding techniques, with relationship management and collaboration skills to lead the tender process from receipt through the evaluation of final client feedback.
