Reporting to the Head of Transaction Management, this position is instrumental in driving Believ's growth in the private sector. You will be responsible for managing and ensuring completion of EV charging transactions to secure prime, leasehold sites for EV charging across the UK. It requires a strategic, proactive approach that ensures transactions are taken from Heads of Terms to completed leases/purchase agreements, thereby delivering a high-quality EV site pipeline.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of property law, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. The private sector includes, but is not limited to – land, multi-tenant retail (shopping centres and retail parks), hotels, leisure and sports facilities, food & beverage, drive-thru operators, education/religious institutions, fuel forecourt operators, hospitals, and healthcare.
