Job Description

You will be working in a team responsible for developing and maintaining a new global core banking system for the wholesale bank. The Corporate Banking Production Services Area is part of the Financing Tribe within the IT Systems Wholesale and Rural organization. This area provides services to various operational departments worldwide. The mission is to continuously improve the capabilities of the corporate bank to become truly client-centric, transparent, compliant, and excel in operational excellence. The Products Delivery Unit is executing the Core Banking Transformation (CBT) program, a strategic initiative within the Wholesale International organization. The Financing Tribe aims to replace existing local Corporate Banking applications with a single global platform. This transformation enhances customer experience, reduces costs and operational risks, eases regulatory implementation, increases efficiency, and boosts innovation. Multiple DevOps teams are developing the Core Banking Platform, working together to build an accessible, safe, and future-proof solution for standardized and STP processes worldwide. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Corporate Banking Production Services Area focusing on the Core system. As a future Business Analyst, you can make a difference:

• Being the primary contact for stakeholders
• Identifying, modeling, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
• Representing customer and end-user interests by gathering stakeholder input
• Capturing and drafting priority requirements with the product owner
• Combining technical specialties with an ability to translate strategic goals into innovative solutions
• Contributing to your team from a T-shape perspective

Customer focus, initiative, communication, a pragmatic approach, and result delivery are essential for the role of Business Analyst. It’s important that you recognize the following requirements:

• Minimum level of education: HBO (NL) or College (UK)
• At least 2 years of experience with software application development or testing
• Knowledge and experience with Finance products, preferably Oracle FlexCube
• Knowledge of Rabobank Corporate Banking products and end-to-end processes
• Knowledge of the IT landscape within Rabobank Corporate Banking
• Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Experience in a dynamic international environment
• Fluency in English; strong communication skills
