On the Role

Our Specialized Nutrition business is centrally organized. Factories around the world are managed by the central Operations team and the Operations Finance team is part of this central team. Performance on output, quality, safety, cost and environment are the key KPIs for these factories and on top, the Operations Finance team is preparing the factories for the future with digitalization projects.

With this internship you have the possibility to bring your unique perspective and ideas. A few examples of the areas we expect you to further develop:

• Performance Management: the possibilities with new tools are endless and this requires a new set-up of the performance management dashboard.
• Data Analyses and Insights: support the finance factory teams with the creation of new reports to give more insights on the Material and Manufacturing spending in the factories.
• Assist in the Fun Squad: “work hard play hard”: support organizing fun activities for the team.

About you

You will be a perfect match if:

• You are currently pursuing a Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• You are an organized person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are enthusiastic about finance and process optimization.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Have a keen interest in Operations Finance (Cost Of Goods Sold).
• Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
• Ideally available to start in January 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 3-5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - oral and written;
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least a few times per week;
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We Offer

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
