The internship

As our intern, you will be part of the Change & Communication Team within the Digital Backbone department of D&T. The Digital Backbone is one of the biggest transformations in HEINEKEN history. DBB is deployed globally within all the HEINEKEN Operational Companies.

The intern provides hands-on support to the team with internal communication events and the editorial plan, creation of video & visual materials for our social media channels, and in maintaining our DBB Portal (website) and social media community (we use Workplace by Facebook). The intern is to report to the Change & Communication Centre Lead.

This internship is an opportunity to gain experience with engaging with different functions, creating impactful content and experiencing what does “doing internal communication” mean in a dynamic and international environment.

During your internship you will get the opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as a company, also outside your department. We give you the trust and freedom, so you can work like a real entrepreneur. We like to bring the outside world inside and therefore we embrace new, fresh ideas with enthusiasm. Of course, always with the guidance that is right for you.

The department

The dream of Global Digital & Technology (D&T) is to become the best-connected brewer.

D&T is leading the Digital Transformation the company is going through. Within D&T you’ll encounter diverse topics including eBusiness, Artificial Intelligence, Data Management, (Hyper)Automation, and various other technology-related subjects. This transformation has a wide impact on our employees, which is why it’s important to keep them informed and involved.
