Your Job

Are you the enthusiastic intern looking to gain experience in a Microsoft-oriented team at Vodafone? Here's your chance! For the Cloud Services department, we are looking for an intern for 32 to 40 hours per week. In our Cloud team, we make sure our customers can use services such as Teams, Contact Center, and MDM. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in creating and testing PowerShell scripts, and learn more about customer experience by attending (technical) intake interviews and watching live runs. You will also participate in team meetings, share knowledge with colleagues, and work on drafting and checking documentation. This will give you a broad understanding of how our Cloud team works and the services we offer.

What you bring to the job

• You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
• You are pursuing an education at MBO/HBO level that fits this profile.
• You have knowledge of Microsoft services (O365), MDM, networking, and/or SBC, the latter being an advantage.
