The Role:

The Business Service team controls the back-office administration relating to customer orders. In this role you will be responsible for managing the customer Order Management process, coordinating invoice creation and revenue recognition, and supporting associated reporting requests.

Your mission at Irdeto:

Managing the complete Sales Order process by:

  • Validating contracts to create and control IFRS 15 compliant sales orders in our Oracle Cloud ERP system.
  • Tracking the progression of sales orders and related deliverables while effectively communicating status updates
  • Coordinating and liaising with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure that once off, recurring, credit, and other invoicing is actioned according to contractual expectations.
  • Liaising with the Supply Chain Management team to ensure that products are delivered in accordance with the customer commitment and obtaining related approvals for delivery.
  • Backing up team members during holidays or where it is necessary.
  • Abiding by Irdeto quality management processes and guidelines when applicable.

How can you add value to the team?

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with an ability internalize complex documents and identify actions.
  • Expert organizational skills with a proactive, service orientated, and commercial mindset.
  • A keen eye for detail and an ability to work accurately when under pressure.
  • Commercially focused with a good understanding of business needs.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud (ERP), other finance systems, and BI tools would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity and understanding of financial concepts such as IFRS 15 Revenue Recognition
  • Process oriented with an ability to represent their application in an audit environment.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint) with an ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Self-starter, willing to learn and able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Operates under minimal supervision with an attitude for independent actions.
