Senior Business Specialist

We are seeking a **Senior Business Specialist** with strong financial acumen to support business operations and financial management initiatives. This role bridges business operations and financial analysis to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Commercial policy review, recommendations, and follow-up
• Price review of models on sale and used cars
• Prepare rebate statements, summarize report data, and report to management to provide support for decision-making.
• Communicate and exchange rebates with financial team in all countries and regions, and provide rebate training to financial team.
• Collaborate with the IT department to promote the systematization of various modules such as pricing, commercial policies, financial offers, promotions, rebate settlements, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and business operations.
• Monitor and analyze business metrics, identifying trends and providing actionable insights
• Support contract reviewing from a financial perspective.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews and financial presentations for stakeholders.
• Answer questions and provide assistance to stakeholders, customers and clients as needed.

Required skills, qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in business operations with strong financial focus
• Work experience of IT project
• Having work experience in the automotive industry is a plus;
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis
• Advanced spoken and written Chinese and English
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems/ERP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with strong business acumen
