What you do as Engineering Applications Coordinator

Your core responsibility is coordinating and overseeing our global software landscape. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and IT suppliers, bridging business needs and technical solutions.

These responsibilities are encompassed in the following:

  • Coordinating software life-cycle management efforts among suppliers, stakeholders, and our IT service delivery partner TCS.
  • Understanding specific business requirements and connecting them with technical solutions.
  • Cultivating and maintaining partnerships with internal users and software suppliers to enhance cooperation, service quality, and innovation.
  • Collaborating with the contract management team to streamline software contract renewal processes and new intake requests.
  • Defining and organizing user management procedures, software deployment, and support across the organization to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitoring software applications and act in case of discovered software vulnerabilities, in collaboration with our security team.
  • Maintaining an accurate software asset database, ensure legal compliance with license agreements, and educate users on best practices.
  • Managing budget, reporting on actual cost, arranging internal charging to maintain financial cost transparency and reduce redundancy.

What you bring

  • 3-5 Years of relevant work experience.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a field related to IT.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products, including knowledge of SharePoint.
  • A passion for learning and having a team-first mindset.
  • Passion for software and willingness to learn more and apply your newfound knowledge in your role.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills
  • Fluency in the English language is a must.

Any previous experience in an IT Service Environment, IT asset management capacity or familiarity with SQL, PowerBI or support ticketing systems are a plus, but not required to be eligible for the role.
