Job description:

As Diversity & Inclusion Intern, you will work alongside the Diversity & Inclusion Specialist to implement and drive the D&I initiatives on a global scale. Reporting directly to the Culture & Change Manager, you will help execute the D&I strategy to foster an inclusive workplace culture and drive organizational change. Your support will help different stakeholders stay aligned with SBM’s D&I objectives and vision.

Main missions:

  • Provide project management support for the Diversity & Inclusion Specialist to ensure alignment with the D&I objectives
  • Support the communication and day-to-day work of the global network of D&I ambassadors
  • Assist in the analysis and report of key diversity and inclusion data, identifying trends and opportunities
  • Help local ambassadors plan, communicate, execute, and engage in local initiatives
  • Help maintain D&I resources, documents, and internal knowledge bases

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master student in a field related to Human Resources, Sustainability
  • Project management skills or experience
  • Passion and engagement in diversity and inclusion topics
  • Fluent English skills

Specific skills:

  • Interest in or willingness to learn relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Interest in managing multiple projects, with a sense of setting priorities, delivering on time in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts, facilitate discussions, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, translating them into recommendations and action plans in measuring outcomes.
  • Change management proficiency.

SBM Offshore provides floating production solutions to the offshore energy industry, over the full product life-cycle. The Company is market leading in leased floating production systems with multiple units currently in operation and has unrivalled operational experience in this field. The Company’s main activities are the design, supply, installation, operation and the life extension of Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessels. These are either owned and operated by SBM Offshore and leased to its clients or supplied on a turnkey sale basis.
