The internship opportunity

We are looking for an intern as part of our Global Gums Marketing team. This team exists to manage our global brands (such as Stimorol, Bubblicious etc.) and define product innovation roadmaps, leverage global brand communication platforms coordinate new product development and much more. In particular, we are looking for an intern who will support and assist the Gums marketing team in various brand projects and initiatives as well as day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Support with preparation of presentations, analysis and reports around communications and portfolio management.
• Support the management of packaging from AW brief to approvals and management in close connection with global agency.
• Support in identification and preparation of the key global priorities for applicable gum brands with regards to innovation, communication and portfolio strategy for the year 2025.
• Support in the collaboration with global markets in relation to ongoing activities, NPD projects and communications.
• Support with various activities around brand communications such as engaging and supporting local markets’ needs, supporting on briefing and evaluations and managing content production for all relevant channels, as well as pre-production and post-production activities when applicable, including testing for optimal creative output.
• Support with organization and maintenance of samples from the global portfolio and competition as well as inbound and outbound samples management.
• Support with issuing and following up with purchase orders and invoices on SAP.
• Assist the Gums marketing team with overall administrative duties.

What team will you be a part of?
You will be part of our Gums Marketing team, majorly focused on brands like: Stimorol and Bubblicious. You will be reporting to a Senior Brand Manager.

What are we looking for

• You are looking for a ‘Meewerkstage’ (work-internship) for at least 20 weeks at a Dutch HBO/University.
• You currently study Marketing, Communications or anything related.
• You have strong English skills as this is the main language in our business.
• You are eager and proactive: you approach people easily, are eager to pick up work and new projects for your development and you are not afraid to ask for help when needed.
• You have strong logical reasoning and analytical skills.
• You have the ability to work in a collaborating environment.
