What will you be doing

  • People Planning & Analysis:

    • Create and administrate dashboards, analysing and enabling data spanning across the complete Employee Life Cycle - From the job posting to off-boarding.
    • Analyse the required data to build an understanding and provide analysis on people-related insights (workforce, talent, places, and other financial components).
    • Present complex analytical findings clearly and compellingly to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Rewards Planning & Analysis:
    • Develop and implement advanced data models and analytics to assess the effectiveness of our reward offerings.

    • Understand business problems and enable leaders to translate them into solutions supported by data and analysis.
    • Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives in the People Domain.
  • Collaboration within the Planning & Analysis Domain:

    • Collaborate on data collection, analysis methodologies, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and accuracy across all domains.

What you will bring

  • You are a Google Sheets/Excel master, creating smooth processes around them.
  • Ability to interpret data into key messages and storytelling skills.
  • Modelling scenarios on compensation and equity structures, and the ability to recognise and assemble resources required to deliver projects.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders clearly and concisely.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Hands-on, a do-er with a strong sense of ownership (but humble execution).
  • Be eager to learn, embrace change, broaden your knowledge, and learn new things. You love being part of a team and always take time to support more junior team members when needed.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR analytics/compensation/total rewards role.
