As an Intern Foundation Management, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution and continuous improvement of our programmes. Your work will also include a dedicated research project on partnership and funding strategies for the Better Society Masterclass.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Changemaker Scholarship Programme:
    • Assist the Programme Manager with daily operations for the 2024-2025 cohort, consisting of 75 Master’s students across 18 European hubs.
    • Provide support to talent, manage the mentoring programme, and facilitate group engagement activities.
    • Prepare the recruitment process for 150-200 candidates for the 2025-2026 academic year.
  • Research Funding and Partnership Strategies for the Better Society Academy Masterclass:
    • Conduct research to identify potential funding partners.
    • Provide strategic advice to enhance the programme’s alignment with funding criteria.
    • Assist in scaling the Masterclass from one edition in 2025 to three editions in 2026.

What You Will Learn and Develop

  • Programme Management: Gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day management of foundation programmes.
  • Research: Conduct market research into funding partners and develop a matrix to align funding criteria with foundation programmes.
  • Communication: Enhance your communication skills by effectively interacting with stakeholders, programme participants, and partners.

Who You Are

  • You’re a bachelor or master student in Education, Public Policy, Social Work, Business, Psychology, Development Studies, Anthropology, Nonprofit Management, Organisational Leadership, Executive Education, or related fields.
  • You're fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are a big plus.
  • You have an international background, cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • You're legally permitted to work and live in the Netherlands.
  • You must be currently enrolled in an EU university.
