As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end commercial performance for your responsible product segment(s) and create amazing marketing strategies and plans to grow performance over time in line with company goals. In this role, you will get a holistic view of every stage of the marketing funnel, from acquiring new customers to building and leveraging TSH’s customer database, and retaining existing customers over time. You will fully utilize your growth marketing skills to create and execute a calendar of global commercial campaigns, customer life cycle activation, and rapid experimentation to drive the performance of your product segment(s). Furthermore, your role includes providing a regular feedback loop of funnel performance and data-driven insights to further evolve our product strategy and improve commercial performance over time.

What You'll Do:

  • You'll own the end-to-end funnel performance for the responsible product segment(s), proactively identify gaps and opportunities to improve performance over time.
  • You'll create and execute an integrated campaign and customer lifecycle strategy that drives demonstrable performance against clear & measurable KPIs.
  • You'll be responsible for owning the global campaign briefing process for responsible product segments, liaising with all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring the campaign process keeps within timing and budget.
  • You'll create a sprint roadmap of rapid experimentation & testing to iteratively improve commercial performance over time.
  • You'll measure and report the growth marketing activity’s performance against the clearly-defined KPIs.
  • You'll work closely with the extended Digital Marketing team, Product & Experience team and the Performance Hub.
  • You'll collaborate with the Analytics team to understand the full funnel performance of product segment(s) and how to address any performance gaps through innovative solutions and experiments.
  • You'll strategically leverage on 3rd party channels where relevant to create additional commercial revenue streams.
  • You'll liaise with local marketing teams on any local marketing activation to support global campaigns & life cycle management.
  • You'll manage the campaign budget and continuously review it in terms of ROI possibilities.
