People, Culture & Processes Intern

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our People, Culture and Processes team. In this role, you will work closely with our People Operations Specialist, People Business Partner, and Team Lead Talent Acquisition and Development on different projects, crucial in the employee journey.

What will you do:

As an Intern in the People team, you’ll play a hands-on role in organizing, updating, and streamlining our People processes. You will work on projects to ensure our data and processes are consistent, centralized, and easily accessible. Specific projects will entail:

• Creating process overviews for each stage of the employee journey, including hiring, development, and exit.
• Organizing and updating our work guides (employee handbook);
• Managing some administrative backlog.
• Preparing and organizing documentation to help with the transition from manual processes to automated systems.
• Providing fresh perspectives on our people & culture strategy.

Requirements:

• You want to make a positive impact on the world and fight climate change.
• You are currently pursuing a degree with a focus on Human Resource Management.
• You are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
• You are not afraid to make mistakes, learn from them, and fix them.
• You are full of energy and eager to learn and grow.
