As the Head of Global Ingredients Controlling, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with global category directors and VP to forecast over two billion euros in centralized purchases. Your responsibilities will include assessing productivity projects, conducting price analysis and insights, managing monthly closing activities, and developing tools to enhance forecast accuracy and insights generation. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in ambiguity and has a strong background in finance analysis and controlling. This role reports to the Global Categories Finance Director.

Your tasks will include:

• Coordinate and coach a team of senior controllers to enhance decision-making for Danone’s ingredients purchases.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop processes and systems to support Finance process design for C&P operations.
• Lead and advise on process and tools implementation with technical/financial expertise.
• Promote and support standardized finance project management across all functions.
• Coach business counterparts to ensure consistency with standardized finance methodologies.
• Drive and support finance change initiatives through project/program development and deployment.
• Conduct financial analysis and develop recommendations for assigned business categories.
• Track project status, propose measures, and provide in-depth financial expertise.

In this role, you will navigate and make decisions in situations with limited information, embracing ambiguity as an opportunity for growth. You will manage and analyze large volumes of financial data and centralized purchases, tackling complexity head-on. Balancing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment will be a key aspect of your role, requiring exceptional time management skills.

Furthermore you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong business and finance acumen, with a track record of effective business partnership & results delivery
• Significant finance controlling (FP&A) experience (12-15 y), with a track record of partnering with leaders on finance topics
