Global Head Statistical Programming

The Role:

The Global Head of Statistical Programming (SP) is responsible for driving consistency and building capabilities across therapeutic areas (TAs) and maximizing value realization of automation and standardization for programming across AQS.

  • Drive and build statistical programming quality, consistency, validation, automation, and continuous learning across all AQS.
  • Proactively monitor programming quality for AQS deliverables.
  • Engage with internal and external partners to define and drive modern implementation of SDTM, ADaM, and reporting standards.
  • Build modern programming capabilities across AQS including open source, R.
  • Lead and manage a team with expertise in programming, clinical domain, data analysis, machine learning, and AI.

Your Experience:

  • University degree in Life Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Vast experience in life sciences, clinical research, or drug development in a global environment.
  • Significant experience in engaging, managing, and influencing associates from varying backgrounds.
  • Experience with data science and analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for bridging scientific, technical, and business stakeholders.
  • Track record of success in leading cross-functional teams.
