The team is a part of Supply Chain Development EU and drives end-to-end (e2e) Supply Chain Management (SCM) performance excellence through providing business insights and accelerating data-driven decision making. Our goal is to achieve performance excellence in e2e consumer experience in the most efficient way. We set performance objectives, lead execution of KPIs, analyze performance, provide insights, prevent risks, build roadmaps and improvement strategies, support new initiatives, and provide scenario-based simulations and projections to drive improvements across the entire supply chain organization and a wide range of adjacent functions.

You in the New Role:

You’ll be a strong contributor in developing and standardizing best-in-class cross-functional tools to support e2e EU SCM across all channels (eCommerce; Retail; Wholesale; Omnichannel) resolving tough business problems. You will act through driving deep analyses, providing insights, creating/automating reporting capabilities and scenario-based simulations, identifying performance gaps, challenging the status quo, defining KPIs, and actions to improve performance, ensuring data-driven decision making. This involves strong collaboration and stakeholder management across numerous market and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Explore insights and trends with the goal of identifying improvements to drive business and customer value.

  • Provide actionable insights with associated root causes, resulting in clear trade-offs, enabling decision making to drive performance improvement.
  • Translate gathered insights into engaging, measurable, and clear presentations.
  • Initiate and drive discussions with cross-functional stakeholders to collect and consolidate feedback, prepare, and align on actions/gameplan.
  • Track and measure the impact of different projects/initiatives driven by operational teams, including planning expected results, business case creation, measurement methods, appropriate benchmarks, post mortem analyses.

Ensure flawless, timely execution of defined actions, system enhancements, new services implementation, and escalate where needed.

  • Proactively review and identify reporting requirements, needs and automation opportunities to support EU SCM market teams, manage demand pipeline.
  • Support in the definition, design, validation of the KPIs and RCA reports and dashboards in alignment with different stakeholders.
  • Support reporting automation and enhancements to gain efficiencies in daily usage, perform testing of the new reports/functionalities.

Provide expertise on existing reporting solutions, create documentation and provide trainings to EU SCM functions.

  • Drive reporting/analytics processes standardization.
  • Continually consider and leverage additional dataset sources to improve the quality of findings and insights.
  • Review, validate and identify appropriate targets by KPIs.

Manage effective and timely communication on demand pipeline, performance, etc., based on an agreed drumbeat.

  • Develop new reports, dashboards, models, deep dives, ad-hoc analyses.
  • Work with global teams (Strategy and Innovation; Advanced Analytics, etc.) to enable new reporting levers, capabilities, ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability.

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, skills to create/modify Front-End BI visualization
  • SQL advanced knowledge
  • Advanced MS Office (usage of Power Query, ability to build complex models)
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes
  • Solid presentation and storytelling skills
  • VBA; Power automate; Co-pilot; AI tools, Python are a strong plus

Required Education and Qualifications:

Master’s degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems from an accredited college or university.

Experience with data analytics – operational, financial

  • Good understanding of supply chain principles and operating practices, logistics terminology, basic finance, and management of cross-functional interdependencies
  • Advanced spoken and written knowledge of English
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
