Reports to: Senior Director RMG Direct Reports: 2x Business Analysts focused on deploying Promo Advisor in the OpCo's.

Job Purpose

The Product Owner will lead the transformation of Promo Advisor, an AI-enabled tool designed to enhance promotional effectiveness by providing insights and recommendations. The role involves defining business requirements for the tool's development, enabling efficient review of promotional performance, and offering actionable insights for future promotional planning. Responsibilities also include developing content and materials to build Promo Advisor capabilities, overseeing deployments, and managing various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Promo Advisor Development:
  • Set the vision and outline the strategic importance of Promo Advisor.
  • Collect and define functional and non-functional business requirements.
  • Align with Global Analytics on the prioritization of the development roadmap.
  • Validate and sign-off on development deliverables from Global Analytics.
  • Shape and develop the change management and capability-building approach to ensure user adoption.
  • Lead the development of a training program to enable users to unlock the full value of Promo Advisor.
Promo Advisor Deployment:
  • Define the deployment roadmap of Promo Advisor in collaboration with Regions and OpCo's.
  • Continuously improve the standard engagement and deployment approach for Promo Advisor.
  • Oversee and support Business Analysts during engagement and deployment of Promo Advisor in OpCo's.
Stakeholder Management:

Manage various stakeholders related to the development and deployment of Promo Advisor within FORCE Global D&T Regions and OpCo's.

Experience & Profile:

Demonstrated experience in RMG (and preferably other commercial functions) within FMCG.

Experience with data-driven tools and advanced analytics.

5-10+ years of relevant experience.

Experience with business and/or technical transformational programs.

Proven experience with change management and capability building.

Functional Skills:
  • Profound knowledge of promotional management.
  • Strong project and people management skills

Strong stakeholder management and strategic mindset with solid analytical skills.

Key Leadership Expectations:

Communication Skills:

Effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders (with conflicting interests) up to the MT level.

Ensure alignment through clear and concise communication.

Challenge stakeholders on deliverables and maintain a convincing and collaborative approach.
