Sales Operations Support Associate

Position Purpose: As a key support to the Merchandising Strategy & Activities, you will assist Merchandisers in Turkey by tracking and reporting on the Budget, JTI Shop Budget, and executing Display Unit (DU) Procurements. Based in Istanbul, this role may require occasional travel within Turkey to ensure smooth operations and coordination. You will report directly to the Distributor & Merchandising Manager within the Sales Department. What will you do – responsibilities:
  • Track and report Budget for DU procurements, coordinating with Global Indirect Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams during tenders and procurement processes
  • Manage invoicing for procured DUs and oversee logistics and maintenance operations
  • Report on nationwide and region-wide merchandising operation candidate outlets for consideration
  • Track and report the JTI Shops’ annual budget
  • Create and manage routes for Merchandisers, while tracking and reporting on their 1-2-1 performance in alignment with market trends and preferences
  • Ensure coordination with GIP for price sticker and ribbon procurement and manage the logistics and invoicing for these items
Who are we looking for – requirements:
  • University bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in a similar role in FMCG
  • Good level of analytical thinking and deductive reasoning
  • Good with numbers & data analysis
  • Very good command of English (written & spoken)
  • Good command in Microsoft Office applications, advanced level of Excel knowledge
  • Mobile to travel & work within different locations of Turkey
