IT SOX and Internal Control Lead EMEA

Job Description

• Act as a first point of contact for the Viterra IT SOx implementation Program toward EMEA IT management, application owners, and Group Internal Control.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with SOx requirements for the EMEA region.
• Coordinate SOx remediation efforts across the EMEA region and coordinate support of service providers.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to IT controls, compliance assessments, and audit reports.
• Generate periodic reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

• 5-7 years of experience required in a similar position
• Experience with SOx IT control frameworks is required
• Experience with performing IT audits or implementing IT internal control is required
• Experience with large SOx implementation projects is preferred

• Advanced degrees and certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM or Dutch (register) equivalents are preferred.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to help other teams become SOx compliant
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
