This role is at the center of our Holding team in Amsterdam. We’ve got a mix of skills here, from Finance and Hospitality to Recruitment, People & Culture, IT Support and Marketing. JOB PURPOSE

Are you a technical person but don’t like being stuck behind a desk all day? Then we are looking for you for our office in Amsterdam.

Join our Amsterdam team as a part-time Tech Support specialist! You’ll help colleagues with everyday tech issues, from software installs to fixing bar chairs and sound systems. Keep our hardware stock in check and support company events. We’re looking for someone who’s service-oriented, and has basic tech know-how. If you love learning and don’t mind a bit of hands-on work, this could be the perfect fit for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively participate in the IT/tech support processes, have daily interactions with internal users and take part in finding solutions to basic technical problems;
  • Help your colleagues with installing specific software, basic hardware troubleshooting, connecting the tap, repairing bar chairs or replacing the sound systems;
  • You ensure that our hardware stock is complete and up-to-date so that everyone in our Amsterdam office can do their digital magic;
  • Support company events.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Someone who can communicate well in English, Dutch is a plus;
  • You are service-oriented, get energy from helping people and are not averse to a bit of lugging;
  • Have basic knowledge of macOS, Windows, iOS and Android;
  • Have basic knowledge of Gmail, Dropbox, O365;
  • Have basic knowledge of computer HW&SW principles;
  • Know how to use your hands and tools, from printer to a cordless drill;
  • Want to learn a lot of new things;
  • Available for a minimum of 16 hours per week.
