Inventory Specialist

The Parts Inventory & Logistics department is responsible for managing the inbound flow of spare parts from HQ and handling outbound/Cross trade LTL/FTL/Express shipment. The department ensures effective goods movement and coordination, arranging shipments efficiently and cost-competitively.

As an Inventory Specialist, you will:

• Inventory Management: Collaborate with the warehouse, order, and planning teams to synchronize inventory based on a deep understanding of warehouse inbound and outbound business logic. Ensure alignment between physical inventory and systems like WMS/OMS/ERP, maintaining accuracy of automotive aftermarket parts inventory.
• Process Optimization: Optimize inventory management workflows, specify system function requirements, and follow up on implementation to enhance work efficiency and accuracy.
• Exception Handling: Establish an inventory exception management mechanism, promptly address anomalies, analyze causes, propose improvement plans, and ensure their execution.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related fields. Over 1 year of experience in warehousing; experience in the automotive aftermarket parts field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse business logic and WMS system logic; SAP experience is a plus.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and Chinese as working languages.
• System Proficiency: Skilled in using ERP systems and office software for data processing and analysis.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Good data analysis abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Work Ethic: Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and execution ability; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Communication and Teamwork: Good communication and coordination skills, and team spirit.
