We Are Denim Heads.

We love denim. Live and breathe it. It’s in our DNA.

At G-STAR, we see no limit to what denim can do. We believe it can be force of progress and innovation for both people and planet. How? By hiring the most creative, curious and caring minds. People who think beyond fashion. Bringing big ideas to big challenges. Driven by possibility. Those who work hard, make mistakes, but always continue to grow.

Denim is in our DNA, our people are our stitching.

Join the denim heads making raw denim.

NOTE: We are committed to creating an inclusive environment and welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of background, identity, or experience.

Here’s what we’ll do together:

Is your passion for denim as high as ours? Do you have an affinity with e-commerce? In this internship, you will learn all the ins and outs of e-commerce content management working with our CMS system. As the Digital Content Management Intern for G-STAR you will be supporting the team managing campaign content on our webshop across all territories and devices.

Working closely with Marketing and Digital Trade teams, you assist in planning and executing the digital campaign content plan to elevate the G-STAR experience and maximize digital performance. You strive to deliver all campaigns on time and to a high standard, incorporating best practices and always in line with brand standards and visual guidelines. You have an eye for detail and work to ensure high levels of site hygiene are maintained.

As our new Content Management Intern, you will be part of the e-commerce Content team. The Content team maintains everything that is content related on g-star.com.

Your tasks & responsibilities:

  • Preparing and planning campaign banners in our CMS system,
  • Making sure that we are showing the correct / up to date content on our website,
  • Maintaining contact with our translation agency,
  • CMS system expert and contact person,
  • Campaign alignment across departments, regions, and devices,
  • Asset delivery to regional coordinators,
  • Contribute to campaign execution strategy and implementation,
  • Assist with content reporting,
  • Ad hoc content tasks.

What you bring to the table:

  • Eye for details,
  • Hands-on and pro-active,
  • First experience with content management and knowledge of HTML is a plus,
  • You have a high interest and willingness to explore AI in this field,
  • You are enrolled at a university or college in the Netherlands or EU, during the whole length of the internship. Unfortunately, we cannot provide immigration support for internships at this time,
  • If you are a non-EU student in The Netherlands, you are in possession of a mandatory internship assignment,
  • You are already living in the Netherlands and are in the possession of a BSN, or in a process of getting one,
  • Fashion? You live and breathe it,
  • You are doing a Bachelor/Master in Marketing / Communication, you’ve got our full attention,
  • You are available for a period of 6 months from February 2025, for 40 hours per week.

Finally, are you well organized and not scared of technical challenges? Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English? We’d love to meet you!

What we bring to the table:

In addition to €600 monthly allowance for your internship, working at G-STAR brings so many perks and exciting opportunities, we don’t know where to begin… How about:

  • An awesome and diverse team that collaborates to inspire.
  • A work environment that offers room for fun, inspiration and innovation.
  • A clothing budget of €400 to buy the latest G-STAR items!
  • Flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
  • To keep up the greatness we also offer you a healthy, fresh, and delicious lunch in our HQ in Amsterdam.
  • If you don’t have an OV student travel card, we will cover your travel expenses.
  • You will also enjoy two paid days of leave per month!

What will happen next ?

  • During this job application, we will ask you to play a couple of short neuroscientific games. These games provide you with the opportunity to showcase your potential, talents, and personality.
  • As a result, we can ensure equal opportunities for everyone who applies, by evaluating everyone based on objective, scientifically proven insights rather than gut feeling.
  • As we value personal growth and transparency, we will make sure you receive your results on the games as well.
  • When we hopefully find what we are looking for, we will get in touch with you and if it’s a good fit, we’ll plan our first interview.
  • When we’re ready to commit to each other, we’ll finalize the terms we’ve discussed and we’ll explain to you how to order your first pair of jeans from the G-STAR employee store.

Good luck!
