“To land Change and to Transform ways of working is challenging and dynamic. It was a great opportunity for me to be part of that journey and to help operationalize the Evergreen strategy within the company across OpCo’s and functions. I have been able to develop myself professionally while truly feeling part of the Heineken Team”

HEINEKEN is looking for you!

Every day we work with pride on our great products that you have certainly had in your hand at a party, during a work meeting or at home on the couch. HEINEKEN is much more than just beer. What about brands like Cristal Clear, Royal Club, Heineken 0.0, Amstel Radler and Birra Moretti. We actively work to create a pleasant work environment where everyone feels respected and has equal opportunities. Your personality, knowledge and skills are the success of our organization.

The internship

HEINEKEN has launched a new balanced growth strategy: EverGreen. The Transform Network was born as a driving force to help operationalize Evergreen successfully with a focus on building new capabilities and ways of working.

We created a set up and upskilling of the world-wide Transformation Network with a Central Transformation Team and transformation leads at Regional Offices and in OpCos. The core purpose of the Global Transformation Team (GT) is to orchestrate and accelerate the EverGreen transformation across global functions , regions and OpCos by working together and breaking the silos. .

There is a strong change management component, complimented by the need to be technical savvy and quickly picking up new online skills.

Your responsibilities:

In this internship, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the team in developing a toolkit and training that will help the upskilling of the Transformation network in our online tools. Enable Evergreen tool execution success in OpCo’s, Regions, Global Functions – Together with the team design and execute activities as part of the change management plan, communicate with the worldwide end-user community and
  • organize (ADKAR) surveys to measure effectiveness.
  • Taking on projects that can cover any area that the team is involved in, exposing you to a broad range of functions and activities.
  • Design, implement and support processes and governance of Evergreen initiative execution at various organisational levels.
  • Hands on support with our internal communications: creating content, managing our internal social media channel, maintaining our Transformation portal, monitoring and generating traffic to portal and social media channel.

During your internship you will get the opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as a company, also outside your department. We give you the trust and freedom, so you can work like a real entrepreneur. We like to bring the outside world inside and therefore we embrace new, fresh ideas with enthusiasm. Of course always with the guidance that is right for you.

The department

The Global Transformation Team is one of the newest disciplines within Heineken and has a lot of interactions with other functions (eg Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance and IT). Our work is to accelerate the EverGreen Transformation across the company, but as we are a new team, we are still shaping our agenda as we go. The dynamics of our work make no day the same and we are a close team and support each other where we can.
