Coordinator Global Mobility

Your challenges

  • Work together with the Global Mobility Advisor in respect of assignment initiations through repatriation, review and approval of assignment documentation.
  • Take care of administrative aspects of international assignments, such as draft assignment-related documentation, cost-sharing agreements, application A1/CoC, PWD registration and handle various finance processes, like invoices and payments.
  • Provide instructions on implementation of assignments to the Business Service Center and salary department.
  • Coordinate the actual relocations and compliance actions through our third-party providers, such as initiation immigration, tax and relocation services.
  • Process assignments in the global databank Link Enterprise and keep this up-to-date.
  • Demonstrate and maintain knowledge of rules and regulations relating to tax, social security, and immigration issues.

This is what you bring

  • HBO education or 7 years of working experience in an administrative role on MBO level.
  • At least 2 years of experience coordinating assignments.
  • Knowledge of tax and social security implications is a preference.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch as a preference.
  • A good understanding of numbers and systems.

What will you do in this position?

The Global Mobility Team is part of the Central HR Department at KPMG Staffing & Facilities Services B.V. that is located in Amstelveen and is part of the worldwide KPMG Global Mobility Network. As a Coordinator of Global Mobility within KPMG's Global Mobility Team, you play an important and versatile role that you perform in collaboration with your colleagues. In this position, you support assignees, advisors, the manager of Global Mobility, and local HR in all aspects of international assignments. This includes preparing and reviewing documentation, such as cost-sharing agreements, and managing administrative tasks such as PWD registration and financial processes, including invoices and payments. The Global Mobility Team is part of KPMG's Central HR Department and is responsible for all incoming and outgoing assignments of KPMG employees and partners worldwide. This team is essential in advising the organization on working across borders.
