Your Job

As a Risk & Compliance Officer at VodafoneZiggo, you will become part of our 13-member Privacy, Risk & Compliance team. We help the company achieve its goals ethically and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. We're expanding and looking for someone with experience in Monitoring and Reporting. You'll perform second-line monitoring and create reports on control and compliance levels. There are growth opportunities within the team, focusing on risk management, policy, and advice. You are data-driven, experienced with GRC tools, and familiar with agile working.

What You Bring to the Job

You are a team player who can also work well on your own. You enjoy collaborating to create win-win situations and can clearly explain the value of Risk & Compliance. You quickly understand the organization’s needs for reports and insights and make sure they are delivered accurately and on time.

You also bring:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in audit, risk management, and compliance, preferably in a similar organization in terms of size and complexity, with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in risk management and second-line monitoring.
• Bachelor’s level of education (HBO level).
• Experience with GRC tools and the ability to analyze data logically and turn it into clear management information.
• It’s a plus if you have knowledge of ethics within risk & compliance and are familiar with Agile working.
• You are fluent in spoken and written English.
