In a world where data is considered a critical asset, it constantly remains a target for cyberattacks, particularly ransomware attacks. These threats result in the need to encrypt valuable data, with attackers demanding ransom to restore access. Developing an effective system that can not only detect ransomware but also actively prevents it is essential for ensuring the integrity of business data. This task challenges you to think of innovative approaches to tackle this issue.

The assignment

The focus of this assignment is to create a system capable of not only detecting and mitigating ransomware attacks but also implementing proactive measures to stay ahead of such threats. You will conduct a literature review on existing methods for ransomware detection and prevention. Your task is not only to react to attacks but also to develop forward-thinking strategies that anticipate new developments in the world of cyber threats.

This innovative approach will assist organizations in safeguarding their data integrity and set a new standard for cybersecurity in a rapidly evolving landscape.
