Master Data Specialist

Are you passionate about managing master data within the FMCG industry? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a full-time Master Data Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands.

This role ensures business continuity of the logistics information flow by monitoring, maintaining, and controlling master data within JTI and between JTI and the third-party logistics provider.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Master Data: Responsible for maintaining Customer Master Data in SAP, including account openings, changes, and closures per JSOX requirements.
  • Satellite Systems: Ownership of JTI data on the e-commerce platform and logistics data in TME Connect.
  • Track & Trace Compliance: Safeguard full compliance with EU TPD TTT requirements for DTR customers.
  • Direct-to-Retail Reporting: Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting on DTR KPIs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Dedicated to driving process improvement by developing and implementing new tools for continuous improvement and digitalization.

Within 6 months you will:

  • Integrate into the new team and navigate the unique company culture and dynamics.
  • Gain proficiency in data management tools and software systems.

Requirements:

  • Higher Professional Education (HBO Bachelor).
  • Work experience in SAP Sales & Distribution with strong IT literacy (preferably 3 years or more).
  • Fluent Dutch & English.
  • PC literacy: Advanced MS Excel (required), along with Word, Outlook, and SAP.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
