What You’ll Do

As an intern, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact on various initiatives that drive our learning culture and people performance. You'll create and curate engaging learning courses for our new platform, develop traction, and engage a super learner community. Your work will help us shape the future of work at dsm-firmenich, contributing to a great employee experience.

What You Bring

• Duration: 4-6 months
• Field of Study: Currently doing a Bachelor's or Master degree (subscribed to a university (of applied science) in The Netherlands)
• Tech-savvy, especially with virtual engagement tools.
• Proficient in social media-style communication.
• Adaptable and comfortable working with diverse cultures globally.
• Fluent in English, both in writing and verbally.
