Join Our Team as a System Analyst

Are you looking for a new challenge and have a deep understanding of financial systems? As the subject matter expert of the technical design and application logic of the global complex financial system Acon, running in over 100 countries, you'll propose a wide range of sophisticated IT solutions to meet Corporate Finance needs holistically. Acon is an enterprise-scale, in-house developed global financial system at Kuehne Nagel, featuring complex logic and state-of-the-art technologies. As a system analyst, you'll ensure adherence to software quality standards and best development practices.

Your Responsibilities

• Deeply analyze the complex requirements of finance departments across different regions globally and provide expert advice through meetings and conference calls.
• Monitor the quality software standard of the team and provide coaching to other team members if necessary.
• Develop complex software functions by writing quality software code and provide application, technical, impact analysis for changes to system design support in Rich Client, Web, and Mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain integration services with other functions, modules, and systems, and deeply understand the relationships between them.
• Mentor and guide other developers.
• Serve as the point of contact for the Corporate Finance IT team.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or equivalent field.
• Experience working with a global/diverse team.
• Hands-on experience in Java, SQL, Oracle, Hibernate, Spring, MongoDB, Quarkus, React, Angular, etc.
• Preferably knowledgeable in Mobile Programming, Cloud computing, AI and Machine Learning, Accounting, and Financial Knowledge.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
