The Role

We are searching for a skilled ERP System Architect to lead the Damen ERP Platform template. Our ERP platform, centered around SAP S/4HANA, integrates with various applications for specific capabilities and forms part of the Damen Enterprise Platform.

Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA and experience with SAFe will be crucial in ensuring our ERP platform remains robust, efficient, and agile. You will work closely with the ERP Product Team and Business Architects, providing in-depth ERP knowledge to enable our operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect an ERP platform focusing on SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business processes.
• Apply SAFe principles to manage large-scale ERP implementations, fostering an Agile IT culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to the ERP platform, focusing on SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Lead configuration templates and optimize the SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Ensure system integrity, security, and data privacy standards are met.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
• Provide mentorship and training on SAP S/4HANA and SAFe methodologies.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest in SAP S/4HANA, SAFe, and architecture practices.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA with a thorough understanding of its capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe and experience leading Agile transformations.
• Proven track record as a System Architect in ERP system design and implementation.
• Proficiency in database management, SQL, and data analytics, especially SAP HANA.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Manufacturing industry experience.
