Your Job

Join our team as a Senior People Analytics & Organizational Development Manager! As a key member of the team, you are the driving force in HR data innovation and the improvement of performance at VodafoneZiggo. You act on a strategic and tactical level and will work on exciting topics like GenAI, predictive analytics, and strategic workforce planning. You will create a comprehensive vision on the use of new technology, GenAI, and workforce data to benefit the organization, and you will translate this vision into practical actions and create momentum. You will be working on a daily basis with Senior Leadership, HR Business partners, and business stakeholders to solve strategic issues in a practical and hands-on way, and through this, you have a significant impact on the future composition of the VodafoneZiggo workforce and organization.

What We Offer

  • Gross monthly salary of between € 5,400 and € 7,600 - with growth potential.
  • A Benefit Budget of 14.95% (including holiday allowance) on top of your gross salary. Have it paid out, use it to buy extra holiday days, or save it up for something nice - it's up to you.
  • A mobility budget of €880 per month, to be spent at your own discretion.
  • NS-Business Card of your choice. Travel first class for business and pleasure for free.
  • A phone with a Vodafone plan for personal use, too.
  • The option of working from home 2 or 3 days a week, plus an internet allowance.
  • A pension scheme with additional savings options.
  • We will supplement your salary to 100% for the 9 weeks of parental leave in the first year after birth, up to the statutory maximum daily wage.
  • Participate in our social and community projects, such as Online Masters and the Footprint Challenge.
  • Annual bonus based on overall company performance.
  • 20 holiday days per year.
