As an Asset Lifecycle Analyst, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Content Lifecycle team reporting to Adam Reid, you will work on projects including content intake and workflows and Marketing & Loyalty Digital Asset Support.

How You Will Make an Impact

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:
  • Support the Marketing and Customer Experience teams in achieving efficient content distribution of critical marketing campaigns, advocate for content reuse, and optimize and source content within MAM and DAM systems.
  • Promote best practices in content lifecycle management, offer training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, and identify and communicate areas for improvement.
  • Support the lifecycle of digital assets produced by Hilton corporate teams, including tracking usage rights, managing expirations, archiving obsolete assets, and efficiently and accurately tagging all processed assets with the correct metadata.
How you will collaborate with others:
  • Collaborate with the Content Orchestration Innovation and Platforms teams on the creation, QA, and maintenance of internal and external-facing documentation.
  • Interact with Content Orchestration and M&L teams during projects, content migrations, system and platform redesigns and change management.
  • Support Marketing & Loyalty initiatives by assisting in asset uploads and sourcing in MAM and DAM systems.
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
  • Facilitate best practices in asset lifecycle and management, ensuring they meet brand and product standards, quality guidelines, and legal requirements.
  • Proactive management and socialization of asset collection to Content Orchestration and other channel managers and stakeholders, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of relevant and engaging content across all platforms.
  • Support solutions development for artificial intelligence and machine learning tool application specific to photography, videography, etc.

Why You’ll Be a Great Fit

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in Digital Asset Management and/or Content Lifecycle Management.
  • Experienced in reviewing, grading, and editing digital assets.
  • Experience with key graphic file documents, their roles and particularities.
  • Experience with metadata and taxonomy standards to enhance search capabilities.
  • Experience with Photoshop or equivalent image editing software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Worked with leading web or enterprise content platforms (CMS, DAM. MAM, or workflow management tools).
  • MS applications (O365, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
