The department Finance & Risk Business GRIDs delivers Finance and Risk services to stakeholders such as Group Finance, Risk Management, Legal, and Internal Audit. These services encompass operations and change activities for departments like Accounting and Reporting in Finance and several others in Risk Management, Legal, Corporate Office, and the CEO domain. The Risk MI team in the Reporting GRID handles Credit Risk and Integrated Risk Reports for internal steering purposes.

Your job

As a member of the Risk Management Information (MI) domain, you'll collaborate with your colleagues on implementing credit risk reports and dashboards across the organization to become the ‘one-stop-shop’ for (credit) risk reports. Our aim is to support credit risk steering effectively. The team activities cover the entire report implementation process, which includes collecting requirements, coordinating data processes, dashboard development in Power BI, and ensuring BCBS 239 compliance, as well as the regular production and maintenance of dashboards.

Working environment

You will be part of the Finance and Risk Reporting GRID, a cluster of Agile teams known as Value Delivery Blocks. Within this dynamic, open, and informal environment, you are responsible for report implementation within the Risk MI domain. The GRID consists of around 150 colleagues sharing a passion for improving the bank's reports. You'll have multiple opportunities to work with colleagues from other GRIDs. Your profile

  • A Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative-related fields
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience, with knowledge of credit & financial products, metrics, and indicators; understanding of finance and risk processes, preferably within the banking sector
  • Proven experience in reporting (regulatory or internal, with a focus on Credit Risk); familiarity with Control Frameworks and BCBS 239 principles is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools (PL-300 certification is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of back-end & front-end development processes linked to data sourcing, ETL, modelling, and visualization
  • Experience with Azure Databricks, SQL/SAS, Python, and/or R is beneficial
  • Experience in projects involving multiple stakeholders and/or delivery teams
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team in a multicultural environment
  • Adaptive, curious, and willing to challenge the status quo constructively
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in English, both oral and written
