We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reporting Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, checking, and transforming data from various sources, maintaining data pipelines for automated reporting, and ensuring the timely and consistent delivery of accurate reports. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the data organization, business, and finance sides to meet reporting needs and enhance data-driven decision-making processes.

You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, checking, and transforming data from various sources, maintaining data pipelines for automated reporting, and ensuring the timely and consistent delivery of accurate reports. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the data organization, business, and finance sides to meet reporting needs and enhance data-driven decision-making processes.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, check, and transform data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Maintain data pipelines for automated reporting, ensuring seamless data flow and integration.
  • Maintain accurate monthly reporting schedules to ensure timely and consistent report generation and delivery to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders in the data organization, business, and finance teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver insights.
  • Design, develop, and optimize reports to support business needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues, implementing corrective measures to ensure high data standards.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation for data processes, pipelines, and reporting standards.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting processes and tools, leveraging best practices and industry standards.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or economics related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, project management or a related role.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Quick Sight, SAC).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data security principles.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and embrace continuous learning.
