The principal purpose of the Commercial function is to manage and develop constructive, long-lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners based on trust and proven operational excellence.
The function contains 2 disciplines, and you will experience both during your time on the graduate scheme:
ContractsAs a minimum requirement, you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. All subjects are considered for this role.

On the commencement of employment, you will be paid a one-off non-consolidated lump sum payment of £2,000 (the “Welcome Payment”). The Welcome Payment is subject to normal deductions and will be paid with your first salary payment.
