Hikvision Europe B.V. is now looking for a Technical Support Intern in Hoofddorp office.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a product pre-sales Intern.

The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in PowerPoint, video editing and fluent English.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

Multimedia Content Creation:

Ÿ Edit and produce high-quality videos for product training course.

Ÿ Sample material image processing and calibration used for AI Algorithm machine training.

Ÿ Assist to create visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint to effectively communicate product information.

Daily Operation Support:

Ÿ Assist or host online product launches webinar

Ÿ Online product information platform maintenance.

Ÿ Provide technical assistance to IP and Software Solution Product team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Ÿ Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree.(Business related, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology background will be a plus)

Ÿ Able to intern for more than 6 consecutive months, at least 3 working days per week.

Technical Skills:

Ÿ Experience in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).

Ÿ Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations.

Communication Skills:

Ÿ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ÿ Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing)

Adaptability:

Ÿ Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

Ÿ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Team Player:

Ÿ Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
