We are looking for a Junior Financial Accountant who can combine first-class analytical skills with a creative and problem-solving mindset. As an innovative thinker, you constantly generate your own ideas. You are able to think about the finance domain of the future instead of just executing a finance role. You also have a healthy appetite for calculated risks, an enabler not a blocker!

You are confident and take ownership of your projects, but also collaborate with and motivate your colleagues in helping to build a scalable finance domain of the future!

🎯 What you’ll do

• Work closely with different teams on business cases shaping our future
• Support a rapidly expanding payroll administration
• Challenge our operations teams in their periodic reports
• Show hands-on mentality in our daily finance operations
• Lead projects regarding our internal processes and controls
• Support in year-end and audit tasks

⭐ About you

• Relevant master’s degree in Finance, Economics and/or Accounting
• 2+ years of experience in a Finance related role such as FP&A analyst, controller, financial due diligence or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills, structured and accurate
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent MS Excel and data analysis skills
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Fluency in Dutch or German is advantageous.
• Accounting system knowledge (Workday is a plus)
