What are we looking for?

Otis is currently recruiting for experienced administrators to join our Debt Dispute team in our Leicester office. As the Debt Disputes Administrator, responsibilities will include:

• Providing your internal customers with paperwork and information to help resolve debt disputes efficiently
• Assisting in identifying the root cause of disputes
• Contributing to the adjustment of standard work preventing future disputes arising

To be successful in this role you must:

• Be used to working to targets and have a confident, clear telephone manner with a positive “can-do” attitude
• Have strong IT skills and be highly organized
• Be able to demonstrate that you are a problem solver, solutions-oriented, and that you can think outside the box.
• Be a team player
• Have excellent communication skills
