Your challenges

  • Technical troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues within SAP SuccessFactors & SmartRecruiters ensuring minimal disruption to our HR operations.
  • End-User Assistance: Provide expert guidance and support to end-users and other stakeholders navigating related modules, empowering them to utilize the system effectively.
  • System Enhancements: Collaborate with our IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements and configurations to optimize HR processes.
  • Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory standards while managing complex HR data within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and refine our HR processes, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors & SmartRecruiters capabilities to drive process efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction.

This is what you bring

  • SAP SuccessFactors Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on supporting the modules Performance & Goals and Onboarding.
  • SmartRecruiters ATS: Experience/knowledge with SmartRecruiters is a plus.
  • Data Mastery: Demonstrated ability to manage and manipulate complex HR data within SAP SuccessFactors & SmartRecruiters, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: A track record of effectively analyzing intricate business requirements, translating them into SAP SuccessFactors & SmartRecruiters solutions, and resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Clear Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
