JOB PURPOSE

As a Junior Salesforce Core Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce solutions tailored to meet our clients’ needs. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce functionalities. Your expertise will help drive business processes, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

You will work on implementing and configuring high performing solutions using declarative tools and custom development. You will build those solutions by leveraging Apex, Salesforce Flow and Lightning web components from design through testing and deployment. You are capable of using declarative solutions by yourself and you can leave the apex development to your developer colleagues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As we are an agency and not a traditional system integrator we expect you to take loads of ownership for the whole process from process analysis to requirements gathering to configuration and deployment. Communication skills are key in this role.

You will work in a young environment with clever minds that work for a variety of clients such as Gant, Kneipp, Audley and many more. Yes, we are eager to bring on board the most talented experts in the game. But we are also looking for a perfect Dept-fit. Someone who is eager to learn and strives towards a better world, takes the stage, is a futurist at heart, and someone who is down to cheer with us to a successful week as well! We strongly support diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Ultimately, we are looking for a unique individual who is able to strengthen our collective.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Have at least 2 years of experience with the Salesforce platform;
  • Have at least 1 Salesforce certification: (advanced) Admin and/or Platform App Builder preferrably complemented with a consultant certification)
  • Experience with implementing and supporting Sales and Service Cloud;
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements and objectives
  • Configure and implement Salesforce solutions that align with client needs and best practices.
  • Experience with implementing custom solutions based on declarative tools (like flow).
  • Speak English fluently and preferably one European language like Dutch or German

Not sure you meet all qualifications? Apply, and let us decide! Research shows that women and members of underrepresented groups tend not to apply for jobs when they think they may not meet every requirement, when in fact they do. We believe in giving everyone a fair chance to shine.

We also encourage you to reach out to us and discuss any reasonable adjustments we can make to support you throughout the recruitment process and your time with us.
