As a Customer Service Coordinator you will provide advice and service to customers, coordinate service activities and assist in maintenance and reporting of service data with the objective to satisfy their retailers and consumers.

What will you do

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and identify replacement components;
  • Register and report relevant data including customer complaints in order to capture detailed service data, to be used for analyses and the provision of input to R&D about potential for product/quality enhancements;
  • Enter and process (service) orders ranging from free-of-charge in-warranty service orders to paid replacement parts and accessories. Perform basic math calculations, handle credit card information and perform light shipping duties;
  • Provide clerical or administrative support such as filing and documentation of (post) sales service records.

What you will bring to the table

  • You are customer oriented, a real team player, positive, friendly and flexible. You have a minimal technical mechanical ability to assist customers with product issues.
  • A general proficiency with Microsoft Office is required for this role.
  • You are able to handle (if necessary, with help of colleagues) all types of inquiries/complaints and you are a fluent English/German speaker.
  • You have an associate Degree with 1-2 years working experience in customer service or hospitality.
