Your Future Role:

As a junior Controller at Openclaims, you will:

Handle bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable

Track budgets and assist in monthly closings

Generate reports and develop forecasting models Assist in reporting and FP&A

Support project optimization and assist with system improvements Take responsibility in process optimization projects

  • Communicate effectively with sales, suppliers, and other stakeholders

  • Work closely with the Head of Finance and together be responsible for managing all finance activities within Openclaims

Your attention to detail, structured work style, and effective communication will be key in ensuring minimal outstanding items, timely invoicing, and a clear monthly closing process. Because we are growing fast we expect you to grow fast with us. You will manage bookkeeping duties and grow professionally by gradually taking on additional responsibilities, projects, and tasks from the Head of Finance.


Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field (WO/HBO)

1-2 years of financial experience

Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g. ExactOnline)

Strong communication skills, reliable, and detail-oriented
