As a fellow scrum master, you will be the driving force for the teams to lift our Way Of Working to a higher level. With the goals to deliver business value better, with the right quality, faster and with more fun

You and your job

Fostering collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and facilitating operational excellence is your primary mission as a scrum master leading at least two teams within the cluster.

• Contribute to the scrum master Community: Support events on the Area level and contribute to the Scrum Master guild within the Tribe. Influence colleagues’ mindset and behaviour to align with agile values.

Together with our mid-office service co-workers we focus on optimizing, digitalizing, and automating the mid-office and back-office processes. Within the cluster of Services Renewal two teams maintain and improve several mortgage processes and services, such as the release of mortgages, extra deposit and the repayment note. With these processes we touch thousands of customers every day.

The 100 people in SAP Loans and Collaterals play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the critical back-office systems that manage and administer Loans and Collaterals. You and your talent

• Educational Background: University-level education with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Scrum Master Certification: Certified (PSM1/PSM2/PSPO or similar) Scrum Master with a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience.
• Methodologies Expertise: Experience with practices such as Azure DevOps/Jira,Power BI, Agile, Scrum.
• Coaching Experience: Proven ability to coach and guide high-performance multicultural squads, intervening effectively in individual and group settings to enhance team maturity.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and mentoring skills, focusing on the scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect; mastery of English (Dutch is a plus).
• Team Dynamics: Passion for cross-functional teams, co-creation, processing group feedback, and engaging in inclusive decision-making.
• Proactive and Pragmatic: Always looking for opportunities for continuous improvement with a proactive and pragmatic approach.

This is what we offer you

• Salary between €5.115 and €7.307 gross per month (scale 10), 36 hours per week (40 hours possible);
• Thirteenth (13th) month's salary and (8%) holiday allowance;
• An extra budget of (11%) of your gross monthly salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or to be paid out.
• Hybrid position and working from home Net allowance
• 100 % reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance;
• A pension scheme, to which your contribution is only 5,5%.
• A personal budget of €1.400 that you can spend on activities related to your personal development and career.
