  • Regional Growth: Develop and execute localized marketing strategies for multiple cities, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Oversee regional marketing channels, innovate within budget and timelines to achieve targets.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of 8 Student Brand Managers (SBM), guiding them in executing local plans, events, and partnerships.
  • Brand Activation: Plan and execute local events, activations, and collaborations to create buzz and excitement around, increase brand awareness and onboard new users.
  • Partnership Management: Establish and maintain relationships with universities and local partners, ensuring effective collaboration and results.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, analyze the effectiveness of initiatives, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Training: Implement training programs and conduct performance evaluations for the SBM team.

Your experience

  • Preferably some experience in marketing/branding or organizing planning and executing events.
  • A clear track record of getting things done.
  • You have experience with working in teams.
