As an Account Manager at Leadgency, you will be the point of contact for our international clients. You play a crucial role in building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring growth and satisfaction on both sides.

What will be your tasks?

  • Relationship management: You will maintain close contacts with customers and ensure optimal cooperation.
  • Commercial insight: You are responsible for obtaining budgets from customers and achieving commercial targets.
  • Problem solving: You solve any problems quickly and efficiently, ensuring satisfied customers.
  • Growth: Together with clients, you work on growth strategies and realise joint goals.
  • Negotiation: You successfully negotiate fees and quality issues with clients to reach quick and efficient agreements.
  • Data analysis: You use analytical insight to interpret data and quickly spot problems or opportunities.

We request:

  • Commercial acumen and pro-activity
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Experience in relationship management with international customers
  • Solution-oriented and customer-oriented attitude
  • Analytical ability to interpret and use data for problem solving and opportunities
  • Good command of the English language
