Our customer success team keeps things ticking at the Piggy HQ. We have a team of loyalty experts that help businesses to set up, establish, grow and maintain the loyalty programs of our clients across Europe with data-driven insights. Are you ready to work collaboratively with teams across our organization to resolve customer issues, maintain relationships and bring loyalty programs to the next level?

YOUR MISSION

It's your mission to make sure that our customers are happy and that they get everything out of our product. You play a critical role in the development of our customers. You will achieve this by active account management and delivering great support:

  • It's your mission to achieve success for all our stakeholders through your strong communication skills
  • Focus on our customer loyalty and building long-term client relationships
  • You'll maintain a high standard of customer experience
  • You'll create and share the most relevant and updated knowledge
  • You'll have direct contact with our customers via phone, (digital) events and via chat
  • Proactively troubleshooting and constantly providing input for process improvements

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have obtained a relevant degree
  • You have a commercial mindset
  • You are enthusiastic, you like to take ownership and you know how to give our customers the best advice
  • You provide a fast, reliable and high-quality customer support to all our customers
  • You have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • You speak fluently English and Dutch, another language is a bonus
  • You are a teamplayer
