Job Description

Join us as Marketing Intern (Global Business Development Professional) at our international headquarters in Utrecht, starting in September 2024. In this internship, you will build your analysis, communication, and organisation skills by supporting our internal stakeholders and external partners and providing hands-on support for our yearly Partner Event in Spain in November 2024.

Your key activities will be:

  • Support in preparing for and running our yearly Partner Event, which is scheduled to take place in the November 2024 (3 days in Sevilla, Spain)
  • Assisting in the execution of the Growth Drivers and Marketing strategy towards Partners in a range of markets globally, from Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia.
  • Operational support in different types of analysis, market research and developing sales tools and POS materials
  • Support in toolkits development for the growth drivers for 2025, including hands-on activities for our internal (Sales, Supply Chain, Operations) and external partners
  • Work together with marketing agencies in executing sales and marketing tools.

Qualifications

Are you bursting with fresh ideas and a hunger for learning? We want you!

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Academic Program: You are enrolled in a MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English – Having some similar hands-on experience with food research activities is always a benefit.
  • Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship, preferably from the 2nd of September 2024 to the end February 2025.
  • Availability: You can join the internship for 5 days per week, including in principle four days in-office and one day remotely, ensuring an ideal balance between collaboration and independence.

  • Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results.
  • Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet's and when joining our Research departments, also sign an NDA agreement for internships.
  • You are either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student
